Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
Free on orders over $100, otherwise a flat rate of $9.95 applies.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
A flat rate of $19.95 applies to all expedited orders.

Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
A flat rate of $29.95 applies to all overnight orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed. These times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
